UVClean™ Warranty Policy

The Vendor warrants that, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, as the case may be (the “Product Warranty Period”), all Products will materially conform with and perform the functions set forth in the Specifications and the relevant performance criteria set forth on the product User Manuals, to the extent applicable, and will be free from Defects and Deficiencies in material or workmanship which impair service to owners and/or use and maintenance of the product.

The Warranty for a UVClean™ sterilizer is limited to one replacement product of the same model # under this Product warranty of twelve (12) months. Product is covered under a 12-month replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty is null and void if the product is damaged physically by the consumer; or if the product is repaired, modified, and disassembled in any way as determined by the manufacturer.
